We hold very little, and we hold it closely. This says what we keep, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
Two kinds of information. What you give us — name, phone, email, city and the notes in your application; and, for members, the preferences that make a house ready: dietary notes, occasions, who travels with you.

What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not publish member names. We do not share villa addresses, and we do not list our houses on public booking platforms.
No sale or brokerage of member data, ever
No member names or photographs published without written consent
No exact addresses shared outside confirmed guests

Who sees it
Your membership manager, the concierge desk when you ask for something, and the house team for the dates you stay — nothing more. Partners receive only what an arrangement requires: a first name, a time, a party size.

How long we keep it
Application details for XX months if an application does not proceed. Member records for the life of the membership and XX years after, as tax and audit rules require. Preferences are deleted with the membership.

Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Members can ask their manager; anyone else can write to us and we will reply within XX days.

Cookies
Only what keeps the site working and tells us, in aggregate, which pages people read. No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels following you elsewhere.
